After completing their education, IT specialists have a range of continuing development opportunities. One in ten of the job advertisements analyzed is directed towards specialists interested in taking on management tasks (10.7 %). Employers are most frequently searching for people who want to lead projects and project teams. This is the case for almost six in ten management positions (59.4 %). One in four vacancies in this area is a junior management position which will allow IT specialists room for further growth. Job seekers with a lot of experience who are looking for new challenges can even lead a department or area if they respond to three of the advertisements.
