Attractive benefits
beckon in IT

Employers offer several benefits to make their jobs more attractive to IT specialists.

After completing a training program in an IT field, there are many opportunities for development – from certifications to technician qualifications, to a degree program. Almost half of job vacancies for IT specialists offer opportunities for development. Benefits also include attractive options for improving work/life balance. After all, in light of the personnel situation in IT, employers can hardly afford to force their employees into a nine-to-five corset. In half of cases, the new job offers the option of flexible working hours, and almost the same number offers the option to work from home.

Employers are also interested in the health of their workers: Health and fitness programs and vehicle leases or bike leases are fourth and fifth place among the additional benefits listed. Specific monetary bonuses are farther down on the long list of incentives; employers most frequently mention specialized pension models available to around a third of job seekers. “Attractive” compensation is almost a matter of course.
